NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsors
Musicow USA Inc., 345 N Maple Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90210. (“Sponsor”). Promotional partners: Travis Garland and Audeze LLC.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate families/household members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
 

Contest Period
Begins 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 16, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT on August 10, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period are void.

How to Enter
During the Contest Period, visit the official Linkfire page (TGWF.lnk.to/Contest) for Travis Garland’s Western Feels and complete one or more of the following actions (“Entry Actions”):​

- Minimum entries per person: 1
- Maximum entries per person: 5
- Completing all three Entry Actions in a single submission equals 5 entries.
- Limit one (1) submission per person/email/household. Duplicate or automated submissions will be disqualified.

- Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate.

Drawings & Winner Announcements
Two random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of each draw.

Travel, transportation, parking, lodging, and any expenses other than those expressly stated are the sole responsibility of each winner. Meet & Greet winners who cannot attend the specified event in Los Angeles will forfeit that prize, and no alternate prize or compensation will be provided.

Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of each draw. To claim a prize, a potential winner must, within five (5) days of notification:
    1. Complete and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), and
    2. Provide any additional information reasonably requested by the Sponsor. Failure to comply, inability to contact a potential winner, or return of a prize/notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner (up to three alternates).

Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use entrant’s name, likeness, city/state, and any submitted content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor may disqualify any individual acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Travis Garland, Audeze LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors,
employees, and agents of each from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Musicow Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Contest and for marketing purposes as permitted by law. Entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting their chances of winning.
